Portal Citi formed a new telecommunication advertising medium by combining customer resources from interactive telecom carriers and delivering target customers to advertisers by using our interactive voice portal. The HSN interactive voice portal consists of the following key elements:

1. Marketplace - Database of customer resources sorted by demographic and geographic preferences.

2. Delivery system - Audio streaming technology that allows to upload multiple advertisers’ audio streams and to deliver ads to target customers according to the schedule/media plan.

3. Interactive point of purchase - Allows target customers to interact with the advertiser by selecting “push button” options available during and/or after the audio ad, for example, “Please press 1 now to speak with one of our representatives [Advertiser].”

4. Web based tracking system/Analytics - This is one of the most important elements of the entire HSN interactive voice portal. It is aimed to provide advertisers with real-time detailed reporting on their target customer’s response, wav file voice recordings, product or service level interest level and press to talk ratios.

The Portal Citi tracking system also provides our telecom carrier customers with real time information on payout amounts based on the number of total minutes sent to the HSN interactive voice portal.
